For more than four decades, Joseph Dollis has been advising, mentoring and training cadets and their leaders through various branches of the Navy League of Canada. He provides assistance with annual fundraising campaigns, helps plan quarterly events, and trains new officers with the Navy League of Canada Quebec Division.
