Since 2006, Byron Benson has been coaching youth on various local football teams, including the bantam Sherwood Park Rams, and both the junior and senior teams at Salisbury Composite High School. He attends multiple practices each week and weekend games, recruits players, designs and runs drills, and mentors athletes.
