For more than three decades, Philip Miller has offered his services as a volunteer chaplain to the Royal Canadian Legion, the RCMP, the 432 Algoma Wing Royal Canadian Air Force Association and the Tendercare Nursing Home. He has sat on the boards of various crime prevention organizations and promotes the history of the 49th Field Regiment, Royal Canadian Artillery at the Sault Ste. Marie Museum.
