Louise Carson has been the secretary of Saint John Meals on Wheels since 2005, and a volunteer with the Canadian Red Cross since 2004. Through her many Emergency Management deployments across the country, she has become an invaluable resource and has provided training to her colleagues in the various methods of responding to emergencies.
