Scouter Michel Gagnon has been a mentor and leader with the 22e groupe scout Saint-Antoine for more than two decades. A volunteer with the annual Tour cycliste des policiers de Laval, he has overseen the event’s logistics, security and transportation requirements. He is also president of Operation Red Nose Saint-Jérôme.
