Dorothy Rhead has dedicated over 25 years to the development of trails and walking clubs in Saskatchewan, volunteering with the Trans Canada Trail, Saskatchewan Trails Association and Wascana Wanderers Volksmarch. Over the course of several decades, she has also contributed to the Royal Canadian Air Force Association, Search and Rescue Regina and Ducks Unlimited Canada.
