Tulsy Uthayabalan volunteers at multiple hospitals as well as with Canadian Blood Services, providing donors with a sense of ease and security through her positive energy and compassion. She also fosters an environment of inclusive learning with the Special Olympics Ottawa Otters swim team and the Canada Science and Technology Museum.
