For the past 40 years, Brenda Murphy has been the kitchen and volunteer coordinator of Volunteer West Island’s Meals on Wheels program. Known for her delicious meals and recipes, as well as for her thoughtfulness towards fellow volunteers and clients, she is described as the ‘glue that holds everything together.’
