Phyllis Miller has helped learners from diverse communities and abilities through the Frontier College programs Beat the Street and Independent Studies. Through the Toronto Green Community, she helped to create and maintain a large community garden that supports native and heritage plants, pollinators, water conservation and overall biodiversity.
