Marcel Schur has been active in the urban search and rescue community in Alberta and internationally for more than 20 years. His roles include search manager, search team leader, rescue instructor and technical search specialist with several organizations, including the Red Deer Search and Rescue, and the Canadian International Rescue Organization, which he co-founded.
