Allan Gotlib has been a driving force in advancing the chiropractic profession. A chiropractor, professor, journal editor and executive administrator, he has worked diligently to establish effective regulation, inter-professional integration and research excellence. As the director of research programs at the Canadian Chiropractic Association, he expanded the research culture to the university realm, establishing chiropractic research chairs and professorships in major universities across the country. His vision has enhanced opportunities for chiropractors and created more health care options for Canadians.
