A prominent Saint John businessman, he has dedicated himself to the creation of cultural and recreational opportunities for his region. As President of the New Brunswick Museum, he developed a program of touring exhibits which showcase the province's history to a wider audience. During the museum's massive reorganization, he saved taxpayers millions of dollars in construction costs, a direct result of his management skills. His devotion to the community has borne fruit in many forms and he has distinguished himself as an entrepreneur with a social conscience.
