Though he has worked in law enforcement for nearly thirty years, his skill and professionalism have been especially evident in his capacity as Director of the Sûreté du Québec. In leading this police force, he has been guided by an overriding concern for justice and integrity. He has also demonstrated tremendous generosity, participating in and organizing a multitude of fundraising activities for the disadvantaged.
