A successful lawyer, he has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to his Calgary community. He has played leadership roles with important organizations in the fields of business, law, education, protective services and national unity. Since his early days in the Canadian Army, he has continued, through a variety of voluntary activities, to support Canada's defence effort.
