Emily Molnar is an extraordinary dancer and a visionary artistic director. She launched
her career with the National Ballet of Canada and progressed to dancing with
companies across North America, Europe and Asia. She became renowned as a
cutting-edge choreographer and solo artist. Now artistic director of Ballet BC, she has
reinvented the company by focusing on contemporary ballet, re-engaging audiences,
and earning an international reputation for creativity and innovation. She is highly
regarded for her dedicated work in advancing dance in Canada.
