He has made his mark on our country's fourth estate. During his varied and distinguished career, this award-winning journalist has worked for several Canadian newspapers, including The Globe and Mail. He was editor of Saturday Night magazine for several years. Also a respected author, he wrote the bestseller The Chinese: Portrait of a People and, most recently, Eminent Canadians: Candid Tales of Then and Now. Currently Master of Massey College, he is always willing to serve his profession and his community and has been a dedicated volunteer on behalf of numerous organizations.
