He has also served as a coach for Culinary Team Canada and has shared his passion and high standards with countless young people who have apprenticed in his kitchen. A warm-hearted man, he has shown great dedication to Share Our Strength Winnipeg, an organization that raises funds for hunger relief and nutrition education programs.
