Lawyer, soldier, Member of the National Assembly and justice for the Montreal Court of Sessions who made a name for himself as national president of the Royal Canadian Legion and Chancellor of the Most Venerable Order of St. John of Jerusalem. He continues to be actively involved in veterans' causes.
