    Eugene Levy, C.C. Toronto, Ontario and Los Angeles, California, United States of America Eugene Levy is a legend of his craft. Having appeared in more than 60 motion pictures, he most recently and notably co-created, co-produced and co-starred with his son, Daniel, in the record-breaking, Emmy-winning television series Schitt's Creek, universally hailed for its humour as well as its positive inclusivity of the 2SLGBTQI+ community. Dedicated to community causes, he has advocated the reversal of cuts to Ontario education and to therapy programs for individuals living with autism. A proud Canadian, he continues to elevate the nation’s profile on the global stage through his artistic and charitable endeavours. This is a promotion within the Order.

    A renowned comedic actor, director, producer and writer, Eugene Levy has won over audiences throughout the world. A Second City alumnus, he has since starred in more than 50 films. He is still in touch with his Canadian roots as a mentor of Humber College's comedy students, and through his engagement with such organizations as Shalom Village, in Hamilton; the Autism Society; and the National Arts Centre Orchestra.
