Greg Hollingshead is one of Canada's literary talents. His award-winning books, which explore the human condition with wit, intelligence and psychological insight, have enriched Canada's literary canon. Professor emeritus at the University of Alberta and director of the Writing Studio program at the Banff Centre, he is a highly regarded teacher of emerging writers, many of whom have gone on to great acclaim. His devotion to Canadian writers has also been reflected in his work as chair of the Writers' Union of Canada.
