Anne Sado has enhanced the vital role of colleges in the education sector. As the president of George Brown College, she brought new vision to the institution, notably by expanding the school’s applied research capabilities and fostering collaboration with industry partners. As chair of Colleges Ontario, she has been a driving force behind the ongoing development of a more effective and transparent credit transfer system, to better enable students to combine theoretical and applied learning. In her community, she has also served in a range of volunteer positions with health and social service organizations.
