Ash Prakash is a leading figure in the promotion and life of Canadian art. One of Canada’s
pre-eminent art dealers, he has helped assemble some of the country’s most important private art collections. He has increased public awareness of our country’s art history as an author of renown and as an advisor on numerous exhibitions. Also a benefactor of the National Gallery of Canada, he recently provided that institution with a major donation of the works of
James W. Morrice.
