Ian Hinksman founded the British Columbia Aboriginal Network on Disability Society to help Aboriginal persons with disabilities connect with various service agencies. Together with band leaders from throughout the province, he developed inclusive, culturally sensitive programs and services for the betterment of Aboriginal communities.
