Argent in chief an osprey wings expanded and inverted proper holding in saltire in the dexter talon a bolt of lightning and in the sinister talon a trident pointing downwards Gules and in base a terrestrial globe Azure the continents Argent;

The osprey is derived from the Badge of CFB Greenwood and holds a lightning bolt and trident representative of the communications and defensive roles that the Wing performs. The globe represents the world-wide mandate of 14 Wing.
