Azure an eagle displayed Or armed beaked and charged on the breast and on each wing with a horseshoe Gules;

Issuant from a coronet Or its upper rim set alternately with bezants and crosses pattée Gules a stag's head Argent attired Or;

PERPETUUS ET VERUS. This Latin phrase means "Eternal and true".

On a bezant a horse's head erased Sable within a horseshoe reversed Gules;
