The green triangular shape represents the Alberni Valley, British Columbia, his home for over 50 years, and also his Irish ancestors. The white falcon is a symbol of his Icelandic forebears. |
CrestBlazonIssuant from a circlet of pine cones, two hands in saltire proper cuffed Argent before a serpent glissant Gules; SymbolismThe crest symbolises Dr. Reynolds’ profession as a chiropractor with the hands in a typical “adjustment” position. The serpent represents a crooked spine. It is coloured red as a reference to Dr. Reynolds’ nickname, “Red”. |
