Blazon

On a roundel Bleu Céleste two lightning flashes in pile Or overall an Arctic tern volant proper, all within an annulus Or ensigned by the Royal Crown proper and environed by a wreath of maple leaves, overall in base a scroll Or inscribed with the Motto in letters Sable;

Symbolism

Sky blue is the colour of the Royal Canadian Air Force. The lightning bolts are taken from the badge of the Communications and Electronics Branch. The Arctic tern is a bird that travels in migratory patterns over immense distances, and thus symbolizes the Squadron’s ability to travel around the globe to support Canadian air operations.
