Blazon

An open book overall a quill pen in bend sinister Argent, ensigned by the Royal Crown proper, environed by a laurel wreath Gules and flanked to the dexter by a wing fesswise Argent;

Symbolism

The financial ledger and quill pen represent the work of a Financial Services Administrator. The Royal Crown symbolizes service to the Sovereign. The frame composed of one or two wings, a laurel wreath and the Royal Crown is common to all trade and occupational badges of the Canadian Armed Forces.
