Blazon

Quarterly, 1st Argent a lion rampant Gules, 2nd Argent a dexter hand couped fesswise holding a cross-crosslet fitché Gules, 3rd Or a lymphad sails furled Sable, 4th Vert a salmon naiant proper, overall on a fess Sable an eagle’s head couped Argent beaked Gules between two sprigs of three maple leaves Or;

Symbolism

The four quarters form the Scottish arms of Macdonald, to which the black central stripe with maple leaves and the eagle’s head have been added.
