Azure a pile reversed throughout Or charged with a pile reversed Bleu Céleste, overall an eagle volant affronty the head to the sinister Or grasping an open book Argent edged and charged with a caliper fesswise enfiling orbiting electrons Or;

Symbolism

The eagle and the light blue are taken from the Badge of the Royal Canadian Air Force. The book represents learning. The electrons and caliper evoke electrical and mechanical systems respectively. The triangular shapes indicate striving for excellence.
