Azure two lightning bolts in saltire Or, overall a compass rose charged with a maple leaf, the whole interwined with orbiting electrons and within an orle Argent;

Symbolism

The lightning bolts and orbiting electrons indicate the integration of communications methods and devices. The compass rose and the orle are the emblem of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). The maple leaf represents Canada’s commitment in support of NATO.
