Argent in base a barrulet wavy Azure, overall an osprey rising grasping in its claws a fish proper;

Symbolism

The osprey is the provincial bird of Nova Scotia, where the battalion is located. The wavy stripes are found on the badges of the battalion’s predecessor units.

Symbolism

This Latin phrase means “Always ready to respond to the call”.
