An oval Vert edged Or charged with a sword point in base and a rod of Aesculapius in saltire surmounted by the Greek capital letter Delta Argent, all within a wreath of maple leaves Or and ensigned by the Royal Crown proper;

Symbolism

The Greek letter Delta signifies dentistry, while the rod of Aesculapius and the sword represent the healing art and military environment of the Dental Service.
