Blazon

The Royal Cypher of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II environed by an open wreath of maple leaves proper issuant from a lozenge in base Argent surmounted by a maple leaf proper charged with the number 60 Or;

Symbolism

The diamond shape, the Royal Cypher and the number “60” celebrate the sixtieth, or diamond, anniversary of the accession to the throne of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The maple leaves represent Canada.
