Symbolism

The badge features the national colours, red and white. The unit’s service to the nation is underlined through the maple leaf, while the beaver is the most recognizable representation of Canadian military engineering and recalls the badge of the Royal Canadian Air Force Construction and Maintenance unit. The motto refers to the capacity of the unit to deploy anywhere in the world.
