Argent upon a base wavy Azure charged with two bars wavy Argent a three-masted ship proper, on a chief Azure three maple leaves Or;

Symbolism

The ship under full sail represents Captain George Vancouver’s ship HMS Discovery and perpetuates the unofficial badge of HMCS Vancouver, first of name (1928-1936).
