The six acorns represent Mr. Codack’s children. The white base represents the snowy slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. |
CrestBlazonIssuant from a coronet Azure the upper rim set with triangles per pale Argent and Azure, a demi-eagle displayed Or; SymbolismThe eagle represents strength and dignity and the love for Germany. The coronet symbolizes the love of the sea and sailing. The white and blue triangles illustrate a sail in light and another in shadow. |
MottoBlazonVINCERE FATUM; SymbolismThis Latin phrase meaning “Conquer destiny” reflects Mr. Codack’s view that nothing can be left to fate, and any outcome can be determined if managed. |
