    Her Excellency the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada, investede 2 Companions (C.C.), 14 Officers (O.C.) and 28 Members (C.M.) into the Order of Canada during a ceremony at Rideau Hall.

    Members of the public were invited to join in the fun and frights of Rideau HALLoween.
