Monique Richardson has been serving the Francophone community in St. Catharines and the surrounding area for the past decade by organizing social events with the Club Lasalle. Her strong leadership, contagious energy and enthusiasm, as well as her dedication to promoting Francophone culture and heritage, have been instrumental to the Club’s success.
