Over the past six years, Richard Porter has volunteered to promote and improve the transportation system in his province. As a member of the Saskatchewan Vision 2017 Trail Committee, he led the development of the Louis Riel, Carlton and Fort Pitt trails, helped First Nations and Métis communities share their stories, and helped showcase nature's beauty.
