Réjean Parent is president of the Association des réseaux cyclables du Québec and an administrator of Vélo Québec. He has also been actively volunteering his time for several years to develop hiking and biking trail networks. In particular, he has spent 15 years working to establish the Trans Canada Trail in Quebec.
