Adam Bulkiewicz has been sharing his knowledge of and passion for first aid services since 2009, and has held such roles as team supervisor and executive advisor with the University of Windsor Emergency Response Team. In 2016, he founded Border City Event Medical Services, which is now one of the most called-upon volunteer medical service teams in the region.
