For over 20 years, during more than one hundred missions abroad, Benoit Bouchard has shared his skills in information technology to help small organizations and governments improve their services. In Côte d’Ivoire, he trained staff and guided them in creating a website to promote local products; in the Philippines, he enhanced the tax collection capabilities of local governments.
