A broadcasting communications consulting engineer based in Winnipeg, he has a long history of service to the disabled, particularly through his leadership in the organization and development of skiing as a recreational, social and therapeutic activity. He is currently Chairman of the Canadian Federation of Sports Organizations for the Disabled.
