Throughout his distinguished career in the Canadian banking industry and his years as a director of major companies, he has left an indelible impression through his leadership, professionalism and dedication. In addition, he has been an avid supporter of higher education and the arts through his service as Chairman and Governor of the University of Saskatchewan, and Chairman of the Mount Royal College Foundation and the Calgary International Organ Festival. His voluntary commitment has enhanced the cultural life of his community.
