For many years she has been a dynamic advocate for the rights of access for physically disabled people to education, employment, recreation, housing and transportation. Her indomitable spirit has been an inspiration to other disabled people and her leadership in Ontario Action Awareness helped to focus attention on their needs and the many possibilities for solutions.
