Former Director of Toronto's Negro Citizenship Association, he has fought a lifelong battle to improve race relations, to reform Immigration policy and to increase employment opportunities for the Black and West Indian communities. His quiet dedication, perseverance and leadership have improved the lives of many Canadians.
