An agronomist who, from the beginning of his professional life, decided against undertaking the usual career in order to work within new and different spheres, he founded and became the Director General of the International Exhibition of Agriculture and Food in Montreal and was one of the principal developers of the Agriculture Pavillion at Expo 67. Through these internationally-renowned expositions, he has successfully promoted agricultural activities both at home and abroad.
