Every day, Indigenous communities mourn the loss of sisters, mothers, loved ones and children who have gone missing—or whose lives have been violently cut short or forever changed.
At the MMIWG2S+ Urban Indigenous Action Group National Summit, voices from across the country came together, including survivors, family members, advocates and urban Indigenous groups, each carrying truth, lived experience, and a shared commitment to change.
