Official visit to Quebec

Her Excellency the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada, undertook an official visit to Quebec on May 4, 2022.  

During this visit, Her Excellency met with His Honour the Honourable J. Michel Doyon, Lieutenant Governor of Quebec; François Legault, Premier of Quebec; and François Paradis, President of the National Assembly of Quebec. She also had the opportunity to inspect the Royal 22e Régiment and meet with Indigenous leaders during her first official visit to the Citadelle.
